Bodyweight Full Body Toning Workout/ Iso-Shaped Series

Using your upper body and lower body together for every move tones you up fast without raising cortisol levels too high to prevent belly fat accumulation and unnecessary fatigue. This is part of our Iso-strength series which is medium intensity and difficulty so it is a little more challenging than our Iso-shape series. Combine this routine 1-2 times a week with our Iso-shape series for abs and thighs and you are sure to get tight toned in no time. As always listen to your body while doing this routine and take necessary breaks whenever you need.
