This is a video of a rude, hyper German Shepherd that I was working with to control his social skills. Although he is a very social puppy, he was just too rude and playful with other dogs. I love this video, because Daddy, my Pit Bull, is very very gentle and calm with the Shepherd, but also very consistent and determined to keep him from playing with my other dogs. He knows he tends to go over board, and so he makes sure to keep him in check. There’s loads of awesome body language in this video!

Maddie, a German Shepherd puppy graduated from the Neuman K-9 Academy pet puppy boot camp. This program covered obedience commands to sit, stay, down, heel, come when called (off-leash), and general etiquette like waiting at doors until released and no jumping up. Shee also learned how to run on the treadmill, and jump in a vehicle on command.
